Returns get consolidated into a single shipment that goes back to your warehouse. You keep fulfilling these items to the next customer.

Returns are stored in our fulfilment centres, ready to be fulfilled by us for your next customer on Zalando. Never deal with returns in your warehouse again.

Returns in one box

Customers use a single box and return label for all Zalando articles. They send it to our local returns centre.

We handle the return

For Pure, we receive and process the return, including basic refurbishment. For Plus, we manage full refurbishment.

We trigger the reimbursement.

We trigger the reimbursement. If any quality clarifications are needed, our Customer Care team manages it.

Pure & Plus items returns

For Pure, we send returns back to your warehouse in consolidated shipments. For Plus, we store returns in one of our fulfilment centres, all set for quick fulfilment when the next customer orders.
