This category spotlights campaigns that showcase exciting creativity and excellent storytelling. Both Zalando-produced creatives, as well as partner-produced creatives, can be considered.

This category highlights campaigns that leverage Zalando Seasonal Moments like Season Start, Cyber Week, Back to School and more or Zalando Category opportunities like Beauty, Sports, Outdoor, Streetwear, Designer, or Kids moments.

This category highlights campaigns that were realised via our self-service marketing tool, the Ad Manager. In this category, you can showcase how you leveraged the Ad Manager to run a successful campaign, implement tool-based marketing strategies, or execute a holistic marketing strategy.

This new category was realized to highlight campaigns from our partners who might be new to Zalando or Zalando Partner Marketing Services (ZMS) or those exploring new business opportunities or categories with ZMS. Launched a new product in a new category, expanded to a new market, freshly entered the Zalando universe? Innovation and ambition are key to this category and take priority over the campaign’s size.

§ 1 General information

All entries must be works being launched within 2024 and live between January, 1 2024 and March 31, 2025 and run in collaboration with Zalando Partner Marketing Services (ZMS). Campaigns that were implemented in 2024 and ran until March 31, 2024, can be taken into account. Please provide your entry via the entries form and share your Case Study presentation. The completed entry may be accompanied by a piece of supporting evidence if you feel it adds value in addition to the information provided via the entry form and presentation. This could for example be in images, film material, or Landing Pages. Please ensure you cover one of the four categories 1. Creative & Storytelling Campaigns / 2. Seasonal & Category Campaigns / 3. Self-Service Campaigns / 4. Brand Expansion Campaigns for your entry and select the category you are applying for through the entry form. Entries can only be considered when submitted for only one category per campaign. There are no entry costs to participate in the Awards. Please make sure you have read the specific entry guidance, conditions and provided information in the Entry Kit.

§2 Entry submitter

The submitter affirms being entitled and duly authorized to submit the campaign entry. Please make sure to name the author of the entry is correctly named. Please ensure any commercially sensitive information or “only for Jury’s eyes" information is marked as confidential or highlighted, for example, absolute sales figures, which should not be used for the Awards publication or best practice communications. The submitter has to submit all relevant information and campaign material by the application deadline (April 30, 2025).

§3 Material usage rights

By submitting your campaign material, you agree to your campaign being potentially presented at the Zalando Partner Marketing Awards Show and live event in case you are nominated, for Award-related communication, as well as best practice case for ZMS, such as case study (for example for Zalando and ZMS partner communication, the Zalando Partner website and Zalando/ZMS social channels). Please furthermore note that by submitting your entry you agree and ensure:

You have secured the appropriate rights and clearances for all materials and images submitted. ZMS shall not be liable for any copyright, trademark, or patent infringement. If your campaign material was produced by ZMS Creative or in collaboration with other Zalando teams, please reach out to clarify any potential questions.

All the details are factually correct. Please feel free to check with ZMS team members involved in the campaign. The Partner Awards will not be held liable for inaccuracies published based on the entry content and changes may not be possible after publication. If you include confidential numbers or information in your entry, please note this in your entry. The judges and ZMS team will treat this information as confidential.

§ 4 Process of rating, jury, judging criteria, timing, communication of winners

  1. Juries: to be confirmed

  2. Scoring will be weighted based on the relevance factor in the judging criteria and the jury will use the judging criteria as a guide for their scoring.

  3. Judging criteria a) Campaign quality and fit to the entry category, b) Campaign strategy, c) Campaign execution, d) Results/KPIs, e) Goal achievement, f) Overall application quality

  4. Nominated brands will be informed via email beforehand of the Awards event. Award winners will be announced live on stage during the in-person Award Event.

§ 5 Prizes

  1. Nominated campaigns who (better which or that?) do not win, will receive a 5,000€ voucher for the Ad Manager redeemable within 12 months after the announcement.

  2. Award winners can choose between an 1) Insights package / 2) Creative AI enhanced product shoot / 3. 20,000€ Ad Manager voucher to be used for Sponsored Collections campaigns only - all redeemable within 12 months after the announcement.

§ 6 Additional information

In case you are nominated and/or win an Award, campaign material such as images, video material and Landing Pages might be potentially used for communication purposes such as success stories and featured on but not limited to:

  • ZMS and Zalando emailings, Zalando and ZMS Websites, ZMS/Zalando Social Media, and third-party media.

  • Use campaign images and brand logo from nominated + winning brands during Award Show, and post-Award communications

The campaign material you submit is - except as marked or highlighted - deemed non-confidential. Zalando Partner Marketing Awards is not obligated to maintain confidentiality of any information in any form contained in any entry/submission.
