Brand Homes is a free self-service platform on Zalando, empowering brand partners to create captivating brand spaces where they can showcase their stories, mission, and products.

One tool, many opportunities

  • Get discovered by Zalando customers. Help customers explore your brand and products with your own branded page on Zalando.

  • Build customer trust and loyalty. Share exciting and educational stories about your brand, values, products, collections, and collaborations.

  • Optimise your content's performance. Brand Homes Insights enable you to continually track and act upon your content's performance based on both engagement and sales KPIs.

Increase customer reach for free across multiple channels

  • Brand Homes. You have the flexibility to use several content formats. Take a look at this example.

  • Email/Push Notification. When you publish a new Collection via Brand Homes, we'll notify your brand followers via email or app push notification.

  • Zalando Homepage. Collections created through Brand Homes have the opportunity to be displayed to relevant customers as they browse Zalando, at no cost.

Requirements to sign up for Brand Homes

Before proceeding with the sign-up process, make sure that your brand meets the following requirements:

  • Your brand is live on Zalando.

  • You have at least 15 articles available in the Zalando catalog.

  • You have at least 4 brand images in standard Zalando size formats (2079 x 1000px for Web and 2229 x 2145px for App devices.) Please find further content guidelines on the Brand Homes website.

Once your brand is registered, your tasks will include:

  1. Creating a Brand Home in our content management system (CMS.)

  2. Regularly updating the content. Minimum requirement is once a season, but we recommend that brands periodically update their content to make sure it’s aligned with the latest brand campaigns and stories.

  3. Tracking performance in Brand Homes Insights.

How to get started

  1. Sign up for an account. Prepare assets: Before you start creating your Brand Home, you'll need to prepare some assets. You can check the asset requirements here.

  2. Create content in our CMS. 

  3. Submit for review. The approval process will depend on the type of content you create. Some content may be auto-approved, while others may take up to 7 business days to be reviewed by our team.

  4. Publish your content and go live. Once your content is approved, you can proceed with publishing it online.
