Opening of new branches and new customers
If you have chosen to be under a logistics contract via our umbrella contract:
you will have to fill in the Carrier form that you will receive from your Sales manager.
if you are already a ZCR partner and would like to add a store to our network with or without collection, please let us know through our Partner Care Team, via contact form.
For stores that have a direct contract with Colissimo, we will send you an association key (connection between your Colissimo account and our parent account) and the process described in the presentation attached below (Guide d'Initialisation).

Who do I register collections with?
The time and frequency of collections at your points of sales is configured
In the Feasibility study you will have to define your preferred terms of collection by day and hours. The parcels would be collected between 24 and 48 hours (working days) after the Order has been completed on your side and notified in our Zalando Platform by you.
Can I drop off my parcels to the post office myself?
In general terms, you can do it. Here you can search for your nearest post office.
How long does it take to deliver from my store to the end customer?
The delivery period takes about 2 working days.
What are the different modes of delivery?
We do home delivery and pick-up points delivery. You can choose your home delivery service: with signature or without signature.
Can you also deliver abroad?
Not yet.

Change of Colissimo account
For partners under their own contract with Colissimo and in case of a change of your account number, you will need to make its connection with our Colissimo parent account using the key in the excel file and the point 2 of the initialization guide sent in your onboarding time. If you cannot find these documents, please contact us.
Once the new connection (called “association”) is made, it is important to notify us of the change in order to make the necessary changes for the proper functioning of the shipments.
