How to connect with Zalando with Correos in Spain.
Opening of new branches and new customers
If you already have a Post Office contract, we ask you to fill out the entire form, and you will need to follow a few steps to ask your Post Office manager to provide you with the following information:
Customer Number
Contract Number
Generate a unique Zalando tagging code
Register the above mentioned labeler code in the SICER system (done by Correos)
User and Password webservice (provided by Correos)
Virtual office user (Only your user)
Please do not forget to mention to your Correos manager that you need this information to join Connected Retail Zalando.
Important
Please enter in the form all the stores you want to connect to Zalando. The same process will apply to partners who want to include new stores.
FAQs
How long do I have to wait to get my contract with Correos?
Once the contract with Correos has been requested, and having completed all the information required by your manager, it may take from 7 to 21 days depending on the case.
Who should I contact if my Correos' credentials are incorrect or my labeling code is not activated in the SICER system?
You can contact your Correos manager, who made the contract or your account manager and ask them to check the status and if necessary activate the SICER system.
I have already completed all the formatting, what do I need to do now?
You can send the completed form to your Zalando Connected Retail sales manager.
Can I take the packages to the station/post office myself?
Yes, the packages can be deposited in person at the Post Office, respecting the deadline mentioned in previous points.
How do I schedule the parcel collection services with Correos?
Pick-up services will be automatically scheduled as follows:
Orders completed in the system from Sunday to Thursday before 14:00, will be processed the same day at the same 14:00 hours, and the pickup service will be scheduled for the next business day.
Orders placed from Sunday to Thursday after this point (14:01), will not be shipped to order until the next business day. Therefore, it will take an extra day for the order to be generated by Correos. And likewise the pre-registration in the system.
For orders placed on Friday, Saturday and holidays, the information will be transmitted:
on Sunday at 2:00 p.m. for incoming orders on Friday and Saturday;
the last public holiday for orders placed on public holidays.
Your collection will be made on the next business day (holidays may be affected by weekends, thus lengthening the time for the information to be sent to the Correos server).
In all of the above cases, you must wait until the cut-off time mentioned above (14:00) so that after this point, the shipment is "pre-registered" by Correos. If you try to deliver them before without the pre-registration, Correos will not be able to accept the packages in its system nor to take them in receipt.
What is my Virtual Office User (OV2)?
This user is generated by you, and is the one you use to access the Post portal of your contract (we only need the User, not the password).
Can I change my Virtual Office User (OV2) or other data?
Yes, this is possible. Please notify us of this or other changes to your account so that we can also modify them in our system in order to continue to provide you with an efficient logistics service. (This also applies to changes in account numbers, change of contract or labeler code).

Can I sell to other countries?
No, unfortunately this is currently not possible.
