Opening of new branches and new customers
To connect to Zalando Connected Retail, you need your own contract with Post CH. After you have filled out the factsheet you received from your Connected Retail Sales Manager, a contact person from Post CH will be sent to you. You will also receive a form in which all the necessary information for the logistic connection is requested. Please complete this form and return it to Connected Retail.
Which information does Connected Retail need for the logistics connection?
If you have an existing contract with Post CH or would like a direct contract, you must apply for a special number range (franking license) for Connected Retail. You will be provided with the template containing the required data. Please fill in the columns marked in gray and return the template to our Partner Care team through the contact form. With this information, our Operations Team will have your shipping labels created and validated.
Following the logistic connection, the Post CH test labels will be created and the test label validation will be performed.

This is not yet possible, but Connected Retail is already working on a solution.
How long does the logistical connection take?
After you send us the template with correct data, we need 2-3 days for the logistic connection, as well as the test label validation. Please do not forget to coordinate your regular collection with your Post CH sales representative.
