What is Zalando Partner Login?

Zalando Partner Login is a Single Sign On (SSO) solution (powered by Okta) for multiple partner-facing applications at Zalando. All applications* connected with Zalando Partner Login will share the following:

  • Login credentials: Same username and password (and multi-factor settings, if enabled) will work across all connected applications.

  • Login session: If you have access to more than one partner application connected to Zalando Partner Login, you will not have to log in to each of them individually every time. If you have a running session on one application, you will be automatically logged in to the other application.

Will I be able to access all partner applications via Zalando Partner Login?

No, you’ll only be granted access to the applications you can already access. They will be visible on the Zalando Partner Login dashboard.

Good to know

If you are a partner with access to more than one application, you will be able to easily switch between them by clicking on the Portal switcher functionality that you can find in the top left navigation bar. 

I have received an email asking me to activate my account. I already have access to the application, do I still need to activate my account?

The activation here refers to the process of setting a new password for your account. For security reasons, we did not migrate your existing passwords from the applications into Zalando Partner Login. Please click the Activate account button in the email you received to start the password reset process and gain access to the applications.

I did not receive any email or message from Zalando about the Zalando Partner Login, can I still activate my account?

Yes, if you were able to access any of the applications before, your account is still active. If you haven’t received any emails with the Activate button, you can still go to this link and reset your password to continue using your account.

Will my login process change after this?

Apart from the first login - where we ask you to set up a new password - your login process will not change. The only difference will be the look of the login screen. You’ll be able to continue using the same application links and URLs. 

When you are not logged in, the application will show you the Zalando Partner Login sign-in page and on successful login, you’ll go to the same application’s home page.

What is the Zalando Partner Login dashboard?

The Zalando Partner Login dashboard is a default home page (after login) that you’ll see if you did not reach the login screen via any of the applications. Apart from logging in after resetting your password, you’re not likely to go via the dashboard to access an application.

The dashboard contains icons for all Zalando applications you have access to. If you do reach this dashboard, you can simply click on one of these icons to go to the desired application.

I am not able to reset my password despite multiple tries. Can you please help me?

Please reach out to the respective Partner Care team for the platform you are trying to access, using the following options:

After resetting my password, I have been asked to set up a security method. What is this method? Is it mandatory?

Multi-factor authentication (MFA) provides a secure way of accessing your account by reducing the risk of identity theft, even if your password is compromised. We provide multiple options for you to enable a security method including biometrics and push notifications to your phone.

If you see the Skip this step button at the bottom of this screen, then this setting is optional for you. If you do not see the option to skip, then we might have identified you as someone having access to sensitive data in our applications. You’ll then be required to choose one of the security methods in order to proceed.

Note for developers

Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is enabled for developer users. This user can choose what type of second factor authentication to use on their first login:

1. Okta verify: this is an authenticator app installed on your phone, used to verify your identity

2. Security key or biometric authenticator: this lets you use a security key or biometric authentication/fingerprint to verify your identity.
