What is Zalando Return Solutions (ZRS)?
Zalando Return Solutions (ZRS) is our returns service for Zalando Connected Retail members. It provides a frictionless customer experience and reduces return costs for our members in the UK.
How does ZRS Pure work?
The customer uses a single box and return label for all items they wish to return. All returned items are sent to one of Zalando's return centres, where the items are received, inspected and repackaged.
We consolidate incoming returns and send them to our partners' warehouses on a weekly basis.
