What are sponsored products ads?

It’s a type of Conversion campaign that can help you promote the whole assortment of one or more of the brands you supply.

Which articles can you promote with sponsored products ads?

You can include all articles that are part of your brands’ assortments in a Sponsored Products Ads campaign.

Article selection: your two options

You can choose between an automatic selection of articles for your campaign, or you can add your articles manually.

Dynamic selection: this option allows Ad Manager to select the articles with the highest probability of performing well.

For your articles to be eligible for dynamic selection, ensure they meet the following 3 criteria:

  • Ensure there are at least 20 articles live on Zalando

  • A minimum of 30% stock availability is required for each article

Custom selection or .csv upload: choose one of these options if you’d prefer to select articles for your campaign yourself.

Dynamic selection: how does it work?

To make sure that only articles with the best chance of growing your performance and sales will be promoted, ZMS Ad Manager monitors factors like article performance and availability almost in real time. Ad Manager then optimises your performance by selecting the best performing articles. These are the articles that will be shown to customers browsing the catalogue pages.
