How to log into Zalando Partner University

Learn how to log in with zDirect or Connected Retail credentials and solve any access issues.

Account requirements

Access to Zalando Partner University (ZPU) is automatically enabled when you have login credentials for zDirect and/or the Connected Retail (CR) tools, depending on your partnership model. You should be able to log in to ZPU using the same username and password as they are linked through the Single Sign On (SSO) Partner Login

This means that to log in to ZPU, you need to be enabled on zDirect or CR Orders or CR Management tools. 

If you are a live Partner Program partner

Please reach out to your zDirect account Administrator. They can add you directly in the tool by following these steps:

1. The Administrator will need to go to settings in the top right corner, and select Manage users

2. They will then need to Add User and include the email address that you will to use to access Zalando Partner University, as well as the Partner Login overall. (Important: You'll need to use this same email address everywhere)

3. Once the Administrator has added you as a user, you will receive an email to set up your Partner Login:

4. Click the Activate account button to complete your account set up.

If you are a live Connected Retail partner

Make sure you’re added to either zDirect (if available in your company), or the CR Orders or CR Management tool. 

Please ask your Administrator to contact Partner Care team via the support form to add a user to your Connected Retail account. They should select the category: Stores tool, and request type: Access issues for CR Orders, or category: Stores management, and request type: Tool access issues for CR Management. You’ll receive an email from Partner Care once your account has been activated. 

If you are a live Partner Program and Connected Retail partner

If you are using both zDirect and the CR tools, we recommend following both processes outlined above to ensure that you have access to all tools and support channels you need.

I have access to zDirect or CR tools, but still cannot log in to ZPU

If you have been added to your organisation’s zDirect account but are still unable to log in, please reach out to Partner Care: partner-care@zalando.de.

If you already have access to the CR tools, but are still unable to log in to ZPU, please reach out to Partner Care: partner-care@zalando.de.

I’m onboarding to Zalando, but cannot log in to ZPU

If you're in the process of onboarding to Zalando, your Onboarding manager will enable Partner Login Single Sign On (SSO) for you, granting you access to all relevant tools including ZPU.

Log into ZPU

Once you have access to zDirect and/or the CR tools, you will then be able to log in to the ZPU using the same login credentials. 

  • Automatic login: If you’re already logged in to zDirect or any CR tool via Partner Login, you will be automatically logged in when you navigate to the ZPU. 

  • Once you’re on the ZPU website, you can confirm whether you’re logged in on the top right corner of the page to confirm.

  • Direct login on the ZPU homepage: You can log in directly from the ZPU homepage.

  • Login via gated article: When accessing gated content, you’ll be prompted to log in.
