Please note

This feature is only available to our partners using Multichannel fulfillment.

What is the Order fulfillment feature?

The Order fulfilment feature is a new functionality in the zDirect Fulfilment module that allows you to get a quick overview of your Multichannel orders, along with information on the date created, country and order status. You can also generate and download the return label for your end users on-demand through this feature.

Important note

Please do not confuse this Order fulfilment feature in the Fulfillment module with the Orders module, which provides you with insights based on the Customer experience model (CXM) - a monitoring tool to evaluate and steer your performance on a country level.

How do I access the Order fulfilment page?

  • Log in to zDirect and navigate to the Fulfilment module in the top navigation bar.

  • Select Order Fulfilment from the drop-down menu.

  • After the page loads, you will see all the orders that have been placed and will be fulfilled across your sales channels.

Your orders will be displayed in a table (as you can see in the image above). Next to Order IDs, you will see the date that the order was created, the Country where it should be delivered, and the Order status.

To quickly find an order, type or paste the order ID into the Search for order id field.

You can set your filter to Country or Order status to easily filter and find the orders you’re looking for.

What does the Order status mean?

The Order status indicates the lifecycle of the order.

When the order status for an order is set to SHIPPED or DELIVERED, you’ll find the Download return label button in the column to the right. An end user can request the return labels when they have lost or not received the original one, or if they have already used the original label and they want to return the rest of the articles in their order.

To download a return label, follow these steps:

  • Type or paste the order ID in the search field to find the required order.

  • Click the Download return label button.

  • The new return label will be generated and downloaded to your device as a PDF file. This will be then appear at the bottom left corner of your screen (see image below)

Then you can send the return label PDF file to the end customer via the relevant sales channel.
