Connection of new shops and new customers

To connect to Zalando Connected Retail, you need a contract with Post AT as logistics service provider. After completing the factsheet, which you will receive from your Zalando Sales Manager and a short internal check, you will be assigned a contact person on the Post AT side. Your contact person will send you a form by e-mail containing all the information required for the logistical connection. Please complete the form and send it to your contact person.

What information does Connected Retail need for the logistical connection?

If you have an existing contract with Post AT, you need to apply for a special number range for Zalando Connected Retail. You will be provided with the template with required data. Please fill in the grey marked columns and send the template back to our Partner Care team through the contact form on ZPU. This is the only way our Operations Team can create and validate your Post AT shipping labels.

Following the logistical connection, the validation of the shipping labels will be carried out to ensure a smooth start for you.

Request regular collection

Please contact Post AT directly, preferably by sending it to your sales representative. To do this, you need to estimate how many parcels need to be collected per day.

After you have sent us the template with all the required data, we need 2-3 days for the connection and the validation of the shipping labels. Please do not forget to set up your regular collection with your contact person at Post AT before you start.
