Ten years ago, we recognised a significant opportunity: to transform marketing by making it profoundly data-driven, precisely tailored, and truly partner-focused. We started with a clear vision, to connect brands with consumers in a data-driven and inspirational way. That belief sparked the beginning of Zalando Partner Marketing Services (ZMS): a platform built on collaboration, innovation, and shared ambition. 

Fast forward to 2025…

Over the past decade, Zalando Partner Marketing Services has grown into a core part of the Zalando ecosystem - delivering more than 80,000 campaigns since our establishment in 2015. Along the way, we’ve launched innovative tools like the Ad Manager, created new experiences to better connect brands to consumers, shared valuable industry insights, and scaled our team alongside our partners. 

From in-house events, to brand launches, to some out of the box collaborations...

We’ve pushed the boundaries to imagine what full-funnel marketing can look like.

But what makes this milestone meaningful isn't just the numbers

... it’s the people, our partners, and the dedicated teams behind the scenes. It’s a testament to the trust, creativity, and collaboration that have defined our partnerships from day one.

As Zalando continues evolving into a connected fashion and lifestyle ecosystem, we’re evolving too. Creating full-funnel strategies that connect the right brands with the right people, in the right moment. We’re not just following the future of retail media, we’re helping to shape it.
