We take business personally

Meet the people behind our partnership with lululemon

Our unique approach to partnerships

Every brand and retailer we work with has different approaches, requirements, and capabilities. One thing they all have in common, however, is our unique approach to these partnerships.

We are committed to breaking the corporate stereotype of “in business, nothing is personal”. We aim to do the exact opposite. We take business personally.

With this principle in mind, we set out to bring a few people behind the launch of our collaboration with lululemon to the forefront. Through interviews and conversations with leaders across lululemon and our teams, we found out how each of their relationships with movement influences their lives – both personally and professionally.

Moving Together featuring Sarah Clark

Sarah, a dedicated cyclist, is the Senior Vice President EMEA at lululemon. She discovered the positive effects of movement over time and the energy and learnings from her cycling experiences make her consistently excited and fuel her passion for her work at lululemon.

Finding Balance featuring Cornelius Lay

As the acting Director of Sports at Zalando, Cornelius’ days are often fast-moving and require prompt decision-making. His morning runs help him find balance, center his thoughts, and bring patience into his daily life. The simple and efficient aspect of running is what draws him to the sport over and over again.

Building Community featuring Joey Bernier

Irrespective of where Joey lived, he found his community through sports. And now, as a spinning instructor, he sees the impact his classes have on people. His goal is to bring this feeling of community and belongingness to our customers through relatable storytelling as the Head of Marketing for Sports and Streetwear at Zalando.
