For more than 40 years, Fossil has been designing timepieces and accessories that symbolize quality, craftsmanship and exceptional value. Fossil began running campaigns with ZMS in January 2022 and adopted the Ad Manager in August 2024. Since then, they’ve consistently run Sponsored Products and Sponsored Collections campaigns through the Ad Manager.
Objectives:
Increase visibility and engagement of Fossil’s women’s collection by showcasing sponsored SKUs to high-intent shoppers in key European markets.

Stand out with Sponsored Collection campaign
Fossil launched a Sponsored Collection campaign leveraging their Brand Home originally activated across 12 countries. To amplify performance, the campaign was strategically boosted in five key markets: Germany, Switzerland, France, Italy, and Belgium.

Fossil strategically targeted app users with high engagement on Zalando. The initiative successfully attracted new customers, expanding Fossil’s organic reach and setting the stage for future marketing activation. During the Sponsored collection campaign, the Jewelry Sponsored Product campaign delivered a 10.9% increase in CTR and a 20.9% uplift in add-to-cart rates compared to the pre-campaign baseline.
