Material mapping guide
This article contains information about what materials are and are not allowed on Zalando when you're onboarding articles.

Textiles
Important notes:
Every material that makes up at least 30% of the whole article must be specified in percentage [%].
Available attributes for additional material specifications are as follows:
Lining
Filling
Front material
Back material
Top part material
Middle part material
Bottom part material
Insert material
Sleeves material
Material attributes of every article must always combine to 100%. Otherwise it will lead to rejections.
Other materials can only be used for a maximum of 15% of the article.
The materials Polyurethane and Polyethylene are only allowed for a maximum of 99% of the article.

Accessories and jewellery

If an article consists of ≥80% textile, then the materials must be specified in percentage and must also accumulate to 100%.
In such cases use the attribute Outer Fabric Material.
