Material mapping guide

This article contains information about what materials are and are not allowed on Zalando when you're onboarding articles.

Textiles

Important notes:

  • Every material that makes up at least 30% of the whole article must be specified in percentage [%]. 

  • Available attributes for additional material specifications are as follows:

    • Lining

    • Filling

    • Front material

    • Back material

    • Top part material

    • Middle part material

    • Bottom part material

    • Insert material

    • Sleeves material

  • Material attributes of every article must always combine to 100%. Otherwise it will lead to rejections.

  • Other materials can only be used for a maximum of 15% of the article.

  • The materials Polyurethane and Polyethylene are only allowed for a maximum of 99% of the article.
