Please keep in mind this important information and prerequisites for starting the process:
In order to go live with ZRS+, you must have a German VAT registration, or apply for it to obtain one. Please reach out to your Connected Network Key Account Manager for more information on this topic.
Reach out to your integrator to complete the ZRS+ go-live steps with the Zalando integration team.
If you use direct integration, please complete the ZFS channel configuration using the steps outlined here. Your Zalando integration manager will be able to guide you through these steps.

Switching from ZRS Pure to ZFS means that you will fulfill all your Zalando orders in the selected market via Zalando Fulfillment Solutions and will not fulfill orders via your own logistics.

How to switch from ZRS Pure to your own return processing

Please reach out to zfs-kam@zalando.de or your Connected Network Key Account manager and request the service switch from ZRS Pure to own logistics.
Please keep in mind this important information and prerequisites for starting the process:
Switching from ZRS Pure to own return processing means that all your returns will be sent back directly to you with the help of your own carrier provider.
You must have a valid contract with a carrier provider for both outbound items and returns.
The authorized return carriers for each country are updated here. Please check if your outbound carrier is also authorized for returns by Zalando, if not, please ensure you set up a valid contract with a Zalando approved return carrier.
Please note that an offline return label is mandatory for partners using their own logistics/carrier to manage returns. You can provide the return label on your own or work with your integrator to get it created.
