ZFS Stock return (formerly Return to Merchant) Pick-up

This article explains when and how Stock return (formerly Return to Merchant (RtM)) requests can be picked up.

In addition to direct shipments of Stock return requests (formerly Return to Merchant (RtM) requests) to your facilities, you have the option of picking up Stock returns from Zalando warehouses. 

Conditions for pickups

  • Flexibility to pick up parts of Stock returns across different warehouses (as your stock is distributed across our network)

    • Erfurt, Mönchengladbach and Lahr 

  • Pick-up within five working days of notification by ZFS

Inability to pick up within five working days will result in the Stock return request being shipped to your warehouse via regular B2B outbound shipping process.

Details

  • The Stock return request will be split between different warehouses depending on where the requested stock is located

  • Partner must confirm pickup by the third working day of being informed by ZFS, and pickup must take place by the fifth working day

  • If pickup doesn’t take place as per agreement, the Stock return request will be shipped to the partner’s warehouse

  • Provide ZFS with the following details:  

    • Truck plate number per warehouse

    • Pickup date and time frame per warehouse

    • CNR references per warehouse.
