Introduction to the Final revision and Go live stage

Congratulations, you’ve reached the last stage known as Final revision and Go live, where the main goal is to double-check to ensure everything is correct, complete and on track for your Go live!

Steps for you to take during the Final revision and Go live stage

Step 1: Confirm you're ready to go live

Please confirm the accuracy of all provided information and confirm this to your onboarding manager, so that you can go live. For example, price and stock information, legal requirements, countries/ sales channels you wish to activate. 

Your onboarding manager will notify you promptly in case of any missing information. 

Step 2: Fill in the Partner satisfaction survey

You will receive a survey regarding your onboarding experience. Please take a moment to share your feedback with us. Your input is invaluable and helps us improve our service quality. We greatly appreciate your participation.

Step 3: Go live

Once your onboarding to Zalando has been successfully completed, the below list of helpful links can be used to empower you to take full control of your business operations on Zalando:

Your integrator will support you in doing the final checks before going live, like price and stock validation, legal requirements, channel/country readiness, etc.

Steps Zalando will need to take during Final revision and Go live stage 

Step 1: Perform last checks before go live

In parallel to the integrator checks, Zalando will also make sure whether your articles are ready to go live, have sufficient stock and the correct price. Additionally, Zalando verifies if your legal requirements are complete (i.e. VAT, EPR, KYC)

Step 2: Go live

After final checks and your approval to go live, Zalando will activate your sales channel and you will become live on Partner Program.

Best practice

Ensure that your articles have the correct stock and price. In particular, please pay attention to incorrect currency submissions. You can validate and manage your prices in zDirect.

Once you are live on Zalando, your main point of contact will be our Partner Care team, who will support you with general information, daily operational topics, or changes made to your account. To create arequest, please select the most relevant topic and request type in the contact form and complete each of the fields. Please include as much information as possible related to your request, so that the right person reaches out to you with the most adequate solution or response.
