Customer feedback on product detail pages

Customers on Zalando can rate and review articles they have purchased, directly on the web page or through the Zalando app. This includes a star rating from 1-5 and a written review. These reviews are the customer’s opportunity to share detailed feedback on the article. 

Additionally, we enrich Zalando native ratings and reviews through rating and review syndication

All ratings and reviews appear on the product detail page (PDP) and show the average star rating and how many reviews have been submitted. 

Note: Ratings and reviews are currently available on all core fashion articles excluding designer and lounge, preowned will follow.

Moderation of submitted reviews

All reviews shown on the product detail pages are moderated in order to avoid inappropriate language or details. Customers have to adhere to the linked below terms and conditions.

How to report potential violations

If you spot a potential violation, you can report it by using the Report button underneath the review. The content moderation team will review and either reject or approve the claim.
