Learn how to add users to your account, manage multiple brands and set your notification preferences in the Brand Homes CMS.
Switching between brand accounts
You might own multiple brand accounts representing your various brands.

To switch between your brand accounts in your Brand Homes CMS (Content management system), please follow these steps:
Click on the arrow next to your Business Partner name in the upper-right corner of the screen.
In the search field, type the Business Partner name of the other account you'd like to access.
Select the Business Partner name from the search results. You will be redirected to the selected brands Brand Homes CMS account.
Before you start working in the selected account, we advise you to refresh your browser. This avoids potential technical difficulties.
Good to know
Your Business Partner name can differ from your brand name but has no effect on the Brand Homes URL and is not displayed anywhere else but internally in the Brand Homes CMS.
Adding new users
You might want to grant access to your account to another colleague in your company. As we do not allow one account to be used by multiple users, please follow the steps below to add a new user to your Brand Homes account.

Log in to your Brand Homes CMS account.
Click the Settings icon in the upper-right corner (Manage users).
Once the Users overview opens, select Create New User in the upper-right corner.
Fill in the First Name, Last Name and Email address of the new user.
Next, in Business Partners & Applications tick the box for the business partners that the user should have access to.
You may want to restrict the new user's access to certain actions. Tick one or multiple of the applicable access options:
User management: View, create, edit and delete users.
CMS Banner editor: Allow access to view all data on Insights dashboard.
CMS restricted: View, create, edit and publish all Brand Homes content.
To save your settings, click Create User Account. The new user will automatically receive an invitation email containing a link to activate their account.
Setting notification preferences
We recommend enabling content review email notifications so that you know when your content was approved and is ready for publishing. You can adjust these settings in the Notification preferences on the Brand Homes CMS.

To change your settings follow these steps:
Log into your Brand Homes CMS.
Click the Manage notifications button.
Select Notification preferences to open the selection options.
Make your selections and go back to the main page by clicking Close.
