Updated July 10, 2026

Congratulations on reaching the final stage of your onboarding journey.

What is the final revision and go-live stage?

This final step ensures all your article data, stock counts and prices are accurate before your articles go visible to customers. Once you complete your final checks, you’ll coordinate with your Onboarding Manager to launch.

Key objectives

  • Validate that your regular prices, stock levels and legal requirements are completely accurate before launch.

  • Attend the Customer Experience Model (CXM) enablement session to master daily operations on Zalando.

  • Confirm your launch readiness to your Onboarding Manager to activate your sales channels.

Your to-do checklist

Step 1: Attend the Customer Experience Model (CXM) enablement session

Your Onboarding Manager will let you know during article mapping if this session applies to you. We highly recommend attending to gain the insights needed to drive your business from day one.

Step 2: Submit your go-live confirmation

Please verify that your regular prices, promotional prices, stock levels, legal registrations and destination countries are fully accurate. Send your final launch approval directly to your Onboarding Manager. They’ll alert you quickly if any information is missing.

Step 3: Go live

Once you're activated, you're officially in the driver's seat of your business with Zalando. For quick support anytime, feel free to use our 24/7 AI-powered Partner Assistant. If you need further assistance, please contact our Partner Care team or your dedicated point of contact.

Step 4: Complete the partner satisfaction survey

Fill in our short feedback survey to help us improve the onboarding experience for future brands.

Integrator to-do checklist

Step 1: Support you

Your integrator helps you validate price and stock files, check legal setups and confirm regional channel readiness before launch.

Zalando to-do checklist

Step 1: Perform last checks before go-live

In parallel, we verify that your articles have sufficient stock, correct currencies and precise pricing. We also ensure your value added tax (VAT), Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) and Know Your Customer (KYC) details are complete.

After final checks and your approval, Zalando activates your assortment on the Partner Program.
